THE DISNEY INTERNATIONAL TOUR PREMIERES IN AUCKLAND THIS JUNE

THE LION KING International Tour has broken records on its opening week of ticket sales. The eagerly anticipated theatrical experience has surpassed the New Zealand record for the most number of tickets sold to a theatre production in a single day, with tens of thousands of tickets sold. With so many Kiwis across the land racing to be the first to buy tickets, audiences are encouraged to act quickly to secure their spot for this strictly limited season.

Producer for the International Tour, Michael Cassel commented: “We’re humbled by the reaction of Kiwis to THE LION KING going on sale. Our talented cast and crew are excited to commence rehearsals in the coming weeks, and to bring THE LION KING’s magic to New Zealand audiences.”
